Terms of Service — Beyond Home

Welcome to Beyond Home ("we," "us," "our," or the "Store"), operating at beyondhome.pk. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, and your purchase of any products through it. By placing an order or browsing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. General

1.1 Beyond Home is an online retail store based in Karachi, Pakistan, selling home and lifestyle products.

1.2 We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1.3 You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to use this site.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

2.1 All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.

2.2 We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately. Minor variations due to screen display, lighting, or manufacturing batch are possible and do not constitute a defect.

2.3 We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

2.4 In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid (for prepaid orders), even after order confirmation.

3. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)

3.1 We currently accept orders via Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Deposits

3.2 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

Suspected fraudulent or fake orders
Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
Repeated refusal of delivery / high return-to-origin (RTO) history
Orders that appear to be testing, bulk-reselling without authorization, or abusive of promotions/discounts

3.3 We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Failure to respond to confirmation attempts within a reasonable time may result in automatic order cancellation.

3.4 Customers with a history of repeated order refusal or non-availability at the time of delivery may be blacklisted from placing future COD orders, or may be required to prepay for future orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Orders are delivered through our courier partners across Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines are 5-7 business days depending on your city, and are provided for guidance only — they are not guaranteed.

4.2 Delivery delays caused by courier operations, weather, strikes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Beyond Home.

4.3 You are responsible for providing an accurate address and a reachable phone number. We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4.4 For COD orders, please have the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery where possible.

5. Order Cancellation

5.1 You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched, by contacting us at the details below.

5.2 Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Refusing delivery of a dispatched COD order without valid reason may affect your ability to place future orders (see Section 3.4).

5.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify/deliver the order.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 We accept returns/exchanges within 2 days of delivery, provided the product is:

Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
In its original packaging with tags/labels intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

6.2 The following are not eligible for return or exchange: e.g., items marked final sale, used/damaged-by-customer items, hygiene-sensitive products

6.3 If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photo/video evidence, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6.4 Refunds for COD orders (where applicable) will be processed via bank transfers typically within 3 business days of approval. Refunds are not processed as cash.

6.5 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product photography — is the property of Beyond Home and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use this website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Place fraudulent orders or misuse promotional offers
Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, or misleading content in reviews or communications with us

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access for violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased through it.

9.2 Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order.

9.3 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including courier disruptions, natural disasters, or government action.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information (including data shared for order confirmation and delivery via WhatsApp/phone).

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
